Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in physical training involves inherent risks including injury, fatigue, or soreness. The Athlete Blueprint takes all reasonable steps to minimise risk through appropriate supervision and progressive programming.

Consent to Participate

I give informed consent for my child to participate in training activities delivered by The Athlete Blueprint.

Emergency Medical Consent

I authorise The Athlete Blueprint to administer first aid and seek emergency medical treatment if required.

Photography & Media Consent

I consent to photography and video for coaching and promotional use.

Data Protection & Safeguarding

The Athlete Blueprint complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Safeguarding is conducted in line with the Children Act 1989 & 2004 and NSPCC guidelines.
