WHAT AM I COMMITTING TO WHEN I SIGN UP?

Our 6 week challenge is an access all areas membership for 6 weeks only. Think of it as a no-strings crash course that will help you decide whether FITNESS BLUEPRINT is the gym for you and which membership would suit you best. You will experience 6 weeks of unlimtied class access to our group program as well as nutritonal guidence, habit building, weekly targets to focus on and free access to our app and community chat.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 6 WEEK CHALLENGE?

It's completely up to you. If you decide you want to continue training with us to reach your fitness goals, we will help you decide which membership is best for you going forward. If you decide that FITNESS BLUEPRINT isn't for you, we'll be sorry to see you go but understand! You can simply say goodbye without having to do anything.

WHAT IF I NEED TO MISS DAYS DURING THE 6 WEEK CHALLENGE?

Don’t worry. If something comes up that causes you to miss a few days your class credits carry over and you can catch up with extra classes the following week.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT?

No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
