• Training in small groups is dynamic and fun whilst still allowing for an individual and personal experience. Sessions last 60mins.
• Training alongside others provides the perfect environment to have fun whilst progressing your training. Our team of world class coaches make sure you get
the individual attention you need to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
• Our app offers an hub of educational videos, on demand content and progression tools to give you the perfect start.
• Our sessions introduce hard work with a measured approach to intensity and movement. Training in teams & sometimes alone,
these sessions are a sure fire way to level up your strength and fitness but don’t worry, our classes are suitable for everyone no matter what your starting point is.
FAQ
WHAT AM I COMMITTING TO WHEN I SIGN UP?
You are signing up to a community. Its one big family powered by coaches who care about your progress and want you to fall in love with exercise. Progress is carefully calculated throughout the programs and you will be assisted throughout your training to ensure you have fun and get the most out of every hour with us.
DO I HAVE TO COMPETE IN COMPETITIONS?
Absolutely not. Although we encourage people to challenge themselves and try new things there is never any pressure for you to take part. We host our own in house events as well as our Engine Race events which are open to the public too. These are perfect for all abilities and a great way to test the water if you would like to try an event. There is always a need for supporters and volunteers too if you would like to be involved but not take part.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MISS DAYS DURING THE WEEK?
Don’t worry. If something comes up that causes you to miss a few days your class credits carry over and you can catch up with extra classes the following week.
DO I HAVE TO BE FIT?
No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
