We’re excited to announce the launch of HYROX classes at Fitness Blueprint – a unique and challenging fitness experience now available in Aylesbury!

What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines functional strength training with endurance, designed to test your overall fitness. Each HYROX workout blends running with a variety of functional movements such as sled pushes, rowing, burpees, lunges, and more – all scalable to your current ability level. Whether you’re aiming to compete or just want to take your fitness to the next level, HYROX is the ultimate full-body workout.
